Here's the brand new video for the UK version of Taio Cruz's next 'Rokstarr' single, 'Higher.' The video looks very sharp and slick, but once again offers us nothing of substance. But hey, we're used to that with Mr Cruz nowadays. How hot is Kylie looking though?! We wonder if the international video with Travie McCoy will offer up anything more interesting...we don't hold much hope...

UK Midweek Charts Roundup - Friday 1st Oct
Hello there chart fanatics :-D
So it’s Friday...and our last day of Midweek updates before the big chart happening on Sunday! And it looks as if there’s a few last minute changes...
Although Mr Tempah looks almost certain to cinch yet another #1 this weekend, it would seem that his bezzie Labrinth has been shunted into third place with ‘Let The Sun Shine,’ whilst Bruno Mars has hopped up to the #2 spot.
Adele and Taio Cruz are still sitting pretty in the #4 and #5 spots and it’s unlikely that this will change before Sunday. Katy Perry maintains her #6 position, whilst the hypnotising Iglesias/Scherzinger ballad ‘Heartbeat’ sticks at #8.
Now...the news everyone’s been waiting for...has a certain pert bottomed Miss K Minogue managed to scrape her way back into the top ten? No. In fact she’s done the opposite...and slipped down yet another place to the #12 spot. Oops...

UK Midweek Charts Roundup - Thursday 30th Sept
Hello midweekers! Today it looks like we’re playing the waiting game, as not much has changed since yesterday.
Tempah remains at #1 with Labrinth trailing behind with his debut at #2. This week’s #1 Bruno Mars keeps his grip on the #3 spot with Adele and Taio Cruz rounding off the top 5.
Katy Perry’s ‘Teenage Dream’ lingers at #6, whilst Iglesias/Scherzinger ballad ‘Heartbeat’ sticks at #8. Bad news for Alexandra Burke who, after an ungainly fall from the top spot to #5 last week is now looking at a #10 placing this week.
Meanwhile, Kylie still hasn’t amassed enough sales to break into the top 10, keeping her position one place about Eminem/RiRi at #11. Shontelle has also fallen from the top spot to #13.
Looks like Minogue’s going to have to up her game if she wants to get a decent placing...

Uk Midweek Charts Roundup - Wednesday 29th Sept
So...it’s Wednesday and not much has changed! Mr Tempah is still holding out in the top spot, keeping workmate Labrinth stuck at #2 which I doubt will do much for Simon Cowell’s blood pressure...
Bruno Mars keeps his position at #3 whilst Adele should be pleased with her current #4 place with ‘Make You Feel My Love.’ Taio Cruz rounds off the top 5 with the ever popular ‘Dynamite.’
The interest today lies towards the bottom of the top 10...whilst Enrique and Nicole have managed to claw their way up to #8 with their duet ‘Hearbeat,’ Kylie has slipped out of the top 10 completely, just managing to stick her heels in at the #11 spot. I thought it was everyone else who was meant to be getting outta her way?
Pop back tomorrow for the latest news...

UK Midweek Charts Roundup - Tuesday 28th Sept
So another week and another promising looking #1, after Bruno Mars sped to the top of the charts this week selling nearly 83,000 copies of his single ‘Just The Way You Are.’ Set to knock Mars off the top spot is the UK’s new favourite Hip-Hop artist Tinie Tempah with his Eric Turner collaboration ‘Written In The Stars,’ which has already shifted 54,000 sales in the first two days of its release.
Following Tempah is former collaborator Labrinth, who featured in both ‘Pass Out’ and ‘Frisky,’ who is currently at #2 with his debut ‘Let The Sun Shine.’ This is marginally ahead of the current #1 by Bruno Mars although this could all swap around over the course of the week.
Adele has rocketed back into the charts after the ‘X Factor Effect,’ which has taken her former #26 and #24 charting single ‘Make You Feel My Love,’ into the #4 spot today. Whilst this might slip down a bit over the course of the week, she looks set for a top ten placing.
Towards the lower end of the top ten we see Kylie edging up the charts with her second ‘Aphrodite’ single ‘Get Outta My Way,’ jumping from its current #48 position and Enrique & Nicole jump up to #9 with ‘Hearbeat.’
See you tomorrow people ;-)

News Bites - 8pm
So from now on, we'll be updating the site with intermittent articles giving you a quick update on some of the best stories from the world of celebs, tv, film and all that jazz. We'll keep them to bites of five, or else it's not so much of a bite as a big old mouthful. Here's your first taste...
- Twitt-error! Social site Twitter was hacked today due to a loophole in its security system. The spam error caused users who moved their cursor over blacked-out text to automatically 'tweet' or 'retweet' the same message. Some accounts also automatically posted a message in hugely oversized text, resulting in their page and those of their followers becoming unreadable. The Twitter page belonging to the wife of former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown, had attempted to direct her one million followers to a "hardcore porn site based in Japan". Thankfully the loophole has now been closed and the now the site's millions of users can tweet away, merry as a lark.
- It has been reported that Australian sweetheart Kylie Minogue once attempted to stop the episode of 'Neighbours,' in which her former character Charlene married Jason Donovan's character Scott, from being repeated. However, Miss Minogue didn't have a strong enough case to keep the episode off the tv, her main issue being that she didn't want to be remembered for just being in a soap...
- Ciara has claimed that her latest album, titled 'Basic Instinct,' will please fans despite its release date being pushed back multiple times. Speaking on radio station 'Hot 93.7,' Ciara claimed that "...the album is combination of fun, party, sexy, confident, bossy, energetic. Everything all in one. I feel like my fans are going to be really happy and are going to be satisfied...that's my goal." We've heard some tracks from the album already here at The Ice, Spice & Vice Files and we have to say, it looks like she could be right.
- Speaking to Sky News whilst promoting their new range of perfumes, the Sugababes have revealed how lucky they feel to still be selling records after a whopping four line-up changes. Heidi Range stated that "If you do the music people love they will buy it" and also announced a new album and a tour for 2011. Who knows who'll be in the band then...
- It looks as though troubled star Amy Winehouse has apologised to producer Mark Ronson via the medium of twitter after she slammed him...also via twitter (Don't these people ever get out?) for claiming too much praise for her 'Back To Black' album. Perhaps she should stop harping on about that album and get some new material recorded...
Stay tuned for more news bites coming your way very soon...

Kylie Minogue - Get Outta My Way
Opening the track with a gentle disco-like backing and an irresistible beat, Kylie Minogue is set to prove on this track, the second from her latest 'Aphrodite' album, that she is anything but gentle...
Minogue's sultry vocals on this track match the lyrics perfectly and emphasise the taunting nature of the song, revolving around Mingogue's man not living up to her expectations. And boy is she a hard one to please, after stating that she's "...not'a recognise the zombie you've turned into..." she promptly marches off alongside a storm of synths to get rather cosy with another man on the dancefloor.
Stepping up the beat as Kylie launches into the chorus will automatically have you itching to dance and to have as much fun as she is evidently having in the track. The electro-stomper will be like a beacon for all those women out there ready to have some fun with their men in the clubs and to show them who's boss, and with a hook big enough to catch a kraken, there're going to be a lot of men shaking in their boots.
Minogue manages to keep her fun side though, this song definitely isn't about cheating, something the pint-sized pop princess would obviously never advocate, but rather acts as a punishment for her neglect, harmlessly making her man jealous by giving him a lesson in what he should be doing. Teamed with a video in which Kylie is positively smouldering, her sex appeal is driven through the roof and clearly emphasises a woman in control.
This track is hugely different from the more soft track that Minogue treated us to with 'All The Lovers,' but is all the better for it. This unashamedly pop track is just what Kylie does best, and shows that she still has more to offer even after such a long career. This track deserves to rocket up the charts and proves that, for a while yet, Kylie definitely won't be getting out of our way.
9/10 - SPICE!
