A work in progress

Welcome to The Ice, Spice and Vice Files!

Here we aim to provide you with 7 full length and detailed reviews, one for each day of the week, of the highlights (or lowlights as the case may be) of the following week's single releases.

You will also find plenty of other features, including the UK midweeks singles chart which is updated daily, roundups of both the international music and boxoffice charts, a glance at the X Factor UK, a 'Who's On Top?' magazine section as well as some other treats too, such as our 'Star Power' featured artist page and 'Introducing...' page.

As always, if there's something you want us to review or feature, just let us know via email or comment and we'll try and sort something out. We're very friendly like that ;-)

In Love and light

UK Boxoffice Chart Roundup - 13th Oct

The UK has a brand new movie at the top of the Boxoffice charts this week, as ‘Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps’ takes almost £1.8 million, storming to #1. The Michael Douglas starring financial movie easily fends off a second new entry, ‘Life As We Know It’ which debuts at #2.

Zac Effron’s latest, ‘Death & Life Of Charlie St. Cloud’ has become the third new entry this week to debut in the top 3, narrowly edging last week’s topper ‘The Other Guys’ into the #4 position. ‘The Town’ rounds off this week’s top 5, after slipping 3 places.

Both ‘Eat Pray Love’ and ‘Buried’ have taken rather large tumbles down the chart since last week, and now sit at the #8 and #9 positions respectively, whilst ‘Toy Story 3’ enjoys its third month in the UK Boxoffice top 10.
