A work in progress

Welcome to The Ice, Spice and Vice Files!

Here we aim to provide you with 7 full length and detailed reviews, one for each day of the week, of the highlights (or lowlights as the case may be) of the following week's single releases.

You will also find plenty of other features, including the UK midweeks singles chart which is updated daily, roundups of both the international music and boxoffice charts, a glance at the X Factor UK, a 'Who's On Top?' magazine section as well as some other treats too, such as our 'Star Power' featured artist page and 'Introducing...' page.

As always, if there's something you want us to review or feature, just let us know via email or comment and we'll try and sort something out. We're very friendly like that ;-)

UK Midweek Charts Roundup - Wednesday 22nd Sept

Time for your Wednesday morsel of chart action, and no surprise Bruno Mars continues to plough through the competition with ‘Just The Way You Are,’ which will take some stiff competition to beat.

Taio Cruz is still doing battle with Emma’s Imagination however, and the two artists have now swapped positions with ‘Dynamite’ now at #2 and ‘Focus’ taking the #3 spot.

The #4, #5 and #6 positions have all stayed settled for the moment, being filled by the Perry, The Script and the Burke respectively.

As predicted yesterday, whilst Shontelle remains towards the lower end of the top 10 with ‘Impossible,’ Alex Guadino has risen up the charts by one position. On top of this, Enrique Iglesias, who is gearing up to the official release of his duet with Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger ‘Heartbeat,’ (Review coming soon...) is lurking around the #13 spot.

Whilst it’s looking like Mr Mars is going to be unstoppable this week, it’ll be interesting to see how the Cruz/Imagination scrap plays out...

See you tomorrow ;-)
